Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, beaten
 - Pork meat, minced
 - Onion, thinly sliced
 - Tomato, cut into small cube
 - Yellow bell pepper, cut into small cube
 - Baby spinach, chopped
 - 2 TBSP Cooking oil
 - 1 tsp soy source
 - A dash of salt
 
- Place a work/stir fry pan over high heat, add the oil and swirling to coat the sides
 - Add minced pork meat, stirring and cook till the meat cook through, then remove from the pan and set aside
 - Reduce the heat to medium and add the beaten eggs, add some oil if necessary
 - Sprinkle all the other ingredients (onion, tomato, yellow bell pepper and baby spinach) on the eggs
 - Add the pork meat, then soy source and salt, continue cooking on medium low heat
 - Flip half to cover the ingredients inside to make a omelet
 - Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with tomato source or soy source
