I made this by using a cookies cutter to form the desired shape of the fried rice and added some carrot, pork floss, serve together with a bowl of bitter melon tofu soup for a complete meal.
Ingredients/tools:
- Fried Rice
- One Carrot (or baby carrot if you have)
- Pork Floss
- Cookies cutter (any design that you like)
Step:
- Thoroughly clean the carrot and cut into pieces (you may cut it anyway you like)
- Place a cookies cutter on a serving plate, fill the cutter with the rice and press the rice down firmly to hold the shape
- Remove the cutter
- Decorate the serving plate with carrot and pork floss (or anything that you like for the meal)
- That's it!
Serve it to your little ones and see how they like it! ;)
